Families enrolled in FOUNDATIONS are eligible to enroll in the FOUNDATIONS PLUS program that includes the services of FOUNDATIONS, plus the consultant will:

• Contact the parents to determine academic goals for the student as well as determine the schedule and process of communication.

• Help the parent select and design the curriculum for their student.

• Provide assistance by telephone or email for curriculum changes and personalizing the curriculum for each student.

• Be available to suggest lesson resources and recommendations for teaching strategies.

• Initiate monthly contacts by telephone or email in which the consultant will discuss the recently completed, current, and future assignments with the parents.

• Explain problem concepts and provide tips on how to improve work.

• Set goals for the student based on grade level.

• Review monthly family lesson plans and student work samples
