Welcome to the Counseling Department
Ontario Christian has two counselors, Karen Gallagher and Tina West; and a College-Career Advisor, Sue O'Neill. The primary goal of the School Counseling Program is to promote and enhance student learning through three broad and interrelated areas of student development: academic development; career development; personal/social development. Ontario Christian High adheres to the National Standards for School Counseling Programs but adds a fourth area of spiritual development. We invite you to contact us at any time should you have any questions or concerns or need assistance. We communicate with parents and students through the Campus Connection, our website and email. We encourage you to email Mrs. O'Neill (soneill@ocschools.org) and give her your email address for our database. Also, please plan on attending the various presentations related to your student's high school success that are planned throughout the school year!
