School and Community
Ontario Christian High School is a comprehensive high school accredited by Western Association of Schools and Colleges, WASC. Ontario Christian had its beginnings in 1944 when a group of parents decided to establish a private Christian school based on the Reformed faith. It serves families from within the entire Inland Empire and continues to see rapid growth. Parents choose Ontario Christian for its Christian influence, quality of education and safe environment. Parental involvement in school activities and programs is high and parents are often seen on campus. While providing a rigorous college preparatory curriculum, OC also requires 25 hours of community service from each student during his or her high school career. OC offers a wide avenue of opportunities for students in sports, academics and various clubs.
Mission Statement:
Ontario Christian High School's mission is to provide for the children of Christian parents, a Biblically-based, quality education that nurtures students to grow in knowledge, conviction and maturity; therefore, our focus is to equip students with the vision and skills to engage all relationships and culture under the authority of Jesus Christ.
