Established in 1944, Ontario Christian is a nonprofit, independent educational service, owned and directed by parents and friends of Christian education. The school is founded on a Reformed philosophy of education, but serves an interdenominational constituency from approximately 250 Christian churches.
Accreditation:
Ontario Christian School is accredited through the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and Christian Schools International (CSI). All high school college-preparatory and honors courses have been approved by the University of California and California State University systems.
Basic Enrollment Requirements:
Families enrolling at Ontario Christian Schools must be Christian or Catholic and attending a church regularly. We believe it takes the home, church, and school to provide the best Christian education for our children. For that reason, we encourage parents, grandparents, and extended family to be supportive of the education process and its needs.
Students must also be passing all coursework and not be on any behavioral or academic discipline from their current school for a minimum of one semester prior to enrollment at Ontario Christian.
Current Enrollment:
Preschool: 143 students
K-6th: 652 students
Middle School: 241 students
High School: 528 students
