Scrip is our biggest fund-raiser and your opportunity to receive a tuition rebate toward you child's education. There are 3 ways to participate

Pre-purchased Scrip is "substitute money"
You receive a gift card or certificate for the full face value from many local grocery stores, restaurants, specialty and warehouse stores, travel, entertainment and gas. Please see the attached order forms (Order Form) for all participating vendors Scrip is used just like cash. O.C. earns a percentage of every purchase made with scrip.

Electronic Scrip:
Sign up your club cards to earn hassle-free money for OC and a tuition rebate for you (see below).

eScrip Visa:
Get a new credit card that donates to OC every time you shop (see below)

Scrip Schedule:
Scrip is available Tuesday from 8:00 - 10:00 a.m.in the high school lobby, Thursday from 8:00 - 10:00 a.m. in the elementary school conference room. Friday orders dropped off before 8:30am will be processed and returned by the end of the school day. Summer hours: Tuesday 8:00 - 10:00 a.m. at the high school. Scrip is NOT sold on school holidays.

Electronic Scrip is "FREE MONEY" and extremely EASY to participate in:

ALBERTSON'S: Sign up your club card with Albertson's Community Partners Program. Every time you shop, Albertson's will donate 2-5% of your purchase total to Ontario Christian. Email your name, phone number and club card number (we NEED the club card number and, phone # is not acceptable) to OCPA Scrip (scrip@ocschools.org).

eScrip: eScrip is a group of businesses that have agreed to donate a percentage of profits to a nonprofit organization of your choice. You can earn money from Macy's. Office Max, Pep Boys, Baja Fresh, and many more. See their web site (www.escrip.com) for a complete list of participating merchants. Just register your credit and debit cards Go to www.escrip.com, click 'Sign Up - It's Free!' Group ID# 136559161.

eScrip Visa: Want a credit card that donates to OC every time you shop and OC gives back to you in a tuition rebate?  With the eScrip VISA Platinum, up to 2% of every purchase supports Ontario Christian and you shop like you normally do...it's easy! Apply online at: www.yournewvisa.com/escrip/ES-1.htm or call toll free 1-800-559-8917. Ontario Christian's Group ID# is: 136559161.

Food4Less: Ask us for a club card specifying what child and class to send home with (scrip@ocschools.org), then sign up your card at www.food4less.net, click 'Community Rewards' on the left, click 'Participant sign up' at the lower right, and fill in OC's NPO # 84265 and your club card information. Every time you shop, Food4Less will donate 4-5% to OC. You will need to go to this site each Fall to renew your participation.

Magazines: QSP offers a 40% rebate on all magazines ordered through their web site. Renew or purchase magazines (about 700 to choose from) at www.qsp.com. Click "shop now" on the right; enter school # 425007783, click "shop now," or search by organization: Ontario Christian School, California. Make sure you enter a child?s name, so tuition rebate can be given to that family.

Ralphs: Go to www.ralphs.com, click 'Community Contribution' (on the left), click 'Participant sign up' (at lower right), and fill in OC's NPO # 84265 and your club card information. Ralph's will then donate 4-5% to OC. You will need to go to this site each Fall to renew your participation.

Vons: Go to www.escrip.com, click 'Sign Up - It's Free!' Group ID# 136559161, and sign up your VONS club card #. Every time you shop at Vons, just swipe you cart and earn 3% for OC. NOTE: every Fall you will need to renew your participation.

Friends and Family: You can sign up friend and family for any/all of these programs. Just let us know who signed up to help you, so we can credit their rebate to your family (scrip@ocschools.org).

Scrip Policies:

1. There are no cash rebates.

2. You may pay with cash and/or check - no coin or credit cards, please.

3. All checks should be made payable to: OCPA Scrip and will be deposited the same day purchased.

4. All payments for Scrip must be for the exact amount, as there is no change made/given at the Scrip table.

5. Exchange policy: Scrip may be exchanged only, not returned for cash. Verification of balance will be made before Scrip will be exchanged.

6. There will be a $20 charge for all bounced checks. Any account with 2 returned checks will then be put on a cash only basis.

7. If your TOTAL rebate earned for the year is $10.00 or less, no rebate notification will be mailed. Rebates less than $5.00 will be applied only if purchaser contacts the business office.

8. The "Rebate Formula" is 45% to OCPA, 45% to the Families (tuition rebate) and 10% to run the program.

9. Pre-schoolers can earn a tuition "pre-bate"; Storing up rebate credit in an account to be used when the child enters Kindergarten.
