Board Policies Regarding Tuition
Tuition Payment Options
Please mark which payment plan you choose on the bottom of the registration form. If you choose a 10 month plan, please circle which months you wish your payments to be.
Payments may be made with a credit card (Visa /Master Card). A 2% (of the amount of payment) fee will be added to the payment for each transaction. If you desire monthly credit card payments, a contract may be filled out in the business office so you do not have to come in each month.
Payments may also be made by automatic payment from your bank. Please see the enclosed green sheet for information and application. The school policy is that parents must remain on the payment schedule agreed upon at the time of enrollment registration. Monthly payments are payable on the 1st of the month. If tuition is not paid by the 25th, a 1% late fee will be assessed. The child's enrollment will be considered invalid on the day after the monthly Finance meeting, if account is delinquent. All accounts must be paid in full by June 5.
Multiple Child Discount
An optional Multiple Child Discount is being offered to families with three or more students attending Ontario Christian. The third child will receive a $500 discount and each additional child will receive a $1,000 discount.
If your family opts not to take the discount, that amount will be considered tax-deductible.
Pre- Payment Benefit
If the full tuition payment is made prior to the beginning of school, 10% will be considered a tax-deductible donation. Letters will mailed out in mid-November.
