Ontario Christian HS Gym from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Online Athletic Clearance:

For 2019-20 athletic clearance OC Athletics will be moving to a new clearance platform called “Healthy Roster”.  More details will be coming soon on how to do this.  Physicals can still be done using the above physical form.
