How do I bid on an auction item or purchase a Fund-A-Need item?

In order to bid on an auction item or to make a one-time payment for one of our Fund a Need items, you must first register for and log in to your account.

After you are registered and logged in, simply find the item you wish to bid on or purchase and click on the “Bid” or “Add to Cart” button.

How do I pay for an auction item I have won or a Fund A Need item I have purchased?

Auction Items

After the auction closes, emails will automatically be sent out to the winning bidders. A link will be included in that email directing you to pay for your item. You must be logged in to your account in order to complete your payment. You may also view your winning bid items here (login required).

Fund-A-Need Items

Once you have clicked on the “Add to Cart” button on one of our Fund -A-Need items, you will be directed to pay for your donation. You may also view your Fund A Need items here (login required).

How do I know if I am the winning bidder?

The best way to track the auction items you are interested in is to keep an eye on your email inbox. You will receive notifications informing you if you have been outbid. If you would like to view items that you are bidding on, visit your Auction Activity page (login required).

Once the auction closes at 8:00 AM on Monday, March 30th, emails will be sent to notify bidders of the next steps. Click on the link within that email to log in and pay for your item. Once logged in, you can find your winning bid items here.

I am not receiving emails and updates relating to my auction bids. What should I do?

Search your inbox and junk/spam folders for emails from If the emails are not in your inbox, junk, or spam folder, it is possible that you may have entered your email address incorrectly upon registration. Email and our team can help get your contact information updated.
